How do I book my hotel accommodation?

When you submit your registration, we will reserve your room within our room block.  You’ll receive a hotel confirmation email from SugarCRM President’s Club in late April.

How do I book my flight?

All President’s Club winners and their guests will book their flights through SugarCRM’s travel booking tool, Reed & Mackey (Formerly Trip Actions). Please click here to book your flight. If you have any questions or concerns with your flight, please email sugarcrm@reedmackay.com.

Attendees should arrive at the hotel on Thursday, May 18th and depart on Monday, May 22nd. Room check out is at 12:00PM.

*If you are extending your stay and plan to stay at the Sun Gardens, please do not book your flight until you have confirmed hotel availability with the events team at: presclub@sugarcrm.com.

I am traveling internationally, what documentation do I need?

  • You need a valid U.S. passport to enter Croatia. EU regulations require that U.S. passport holders have no less than three months’ validity when they depart Croatia. U.S. passport holders with less than three months may be denied entry. The U.S. Embassy strongly suggests that you have at least six months of validity to avoid problems when you travel.
    • U.S. passport holders do not need a visa if they are traveling to Croatia for tourism or business for less than 90 days within a 180-day period.
  • As Croatia is a member of the European Union (EU), it largely shares the same visa policy of other EU member states, and all EU nationals are granted visa-free access to the country.
  • Travelers are not required to show a COVID-19 vaccine certificate, proof of a negative test, or a certificate of recovery to enter Croatia. 
  • Travelers are no longer required to complete an online entry form before arriving in Croatia.

What are the Covid requirements to travel to and from Croatia?

  • Travelers are not required to show a COVID-19 vaccine certificate, proof of a negative test, or a certificate of recovery to enter Croatia.
  • Protect yourself and others from COVID-19:
    • Get up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines before you travel.
    • Consider getting tested before travel.
    • Follow CDC’s recommendations for wearing masks in travel and public transportation settings.
    • Get tested after travel if your travel involved situations with greater risk of exposure such as being in crowded places while not wearing a high-quality mask or respirator.
