SugarCRM President’s Club Expense Policy

Included:

• Airfare to and from Dubrovnik for winner and 1 guest
• Hotel accommodations from Thursday, May 18 – Monday, May 22 at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik.
• All meals and drinks at the Sun Gardens Dubrovnik from Thursday, May 18th through Monday, May 22nd.
• Group excursion on Sunday, May 21st.
• Ground transportation between Dubrovnik Airport and Sun Gardens on Thursday, May 18th  and Monday, May 22nd only.
• If you extend your stay past May 22nd, SugarCRM will reimburse transportation back to the airport.

Non-Reimbursable Expenses:

• Car Rental – the company will not reimburse car rental expenses.  SugarCRM will provide ground transportation to and from Dubrovnik Airport and the resort on Thursday, May 18th and Monday, May 22nd.

Please submit your SugarCRM President’s Club expenses on a separate expense report from regular business travel.
